This isn’t just about training — it’s about creating lasting change. With expert coaching, a supportive team environment, and a clear plan of action, you’ll develop consistent habits and earn points along the way for the healthy actions you take each day.

Whether your goal is to tone up, lose weight, feel stronger or simply get back on track, NATYLAMANIA is built to help you move forward with confidence.

NATYLAMANIA Points System – How It Works:

Earn points each day by completing simple, consistent actions that move you closer to your goals. It's not about perfection — it’s about showing up and building momentum.

🏃‍♀️ Move Your Body

+5 points – Complete a NATYLA or Team Training session
+2 points – Hit your daily step target (e.g. 8,000 steps)

🥗 Fuel Your Body

+3 points – Track your meals for the full day
+1 point – Eat veg with at least 2 main meals
+1 point – Hit your water intake goal

At the end of each week, total your points and submit your check-in.

🎁 Earn 50+ points in a week and you’ll be entered into the weekly prize draw — it's all about rewarding consistency, not perfection!
