How Rachel Transformed Her Fitness Journey Through NATYLA

I want to share an inspiring story about one of our members, Rachel, who decided to take charge of her health and fitness after feeling stuck in her routine.


When Rachel first considered joining NATYLA for our 1:1 Online Coaching, she was terrified. Having only trained in groups previously, the thought of walking into a gym alone filled her with fear.


Rachel's training had plateaued, and she knew something had to change, though she was unsure about conquering the gym on her own.

Now? Rachel has run her first-ever 10km and is about to take her first pilates classes— as a qualified coach! Her lifts have improved dramatically, and she’s hitting new personal bests in her running that she once thought were out of reach.
