Meet Payal and Vish, two NATYLA members who have shown exactly what can happen when you stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start building consistency into real life.


Over the last 4–6 weeks, they have both made incredible progress.


Not only have they both lost over 10lbs each, but they have done it during one of the busiest seasons of their lives, while planning their wedding later this year.


Work is busy. Life is busy. Wedding planning is busy.


There are always things to organise, places to be, and decisions to make.


But instead of waiting until things calmed down, Payal and Vish made the decision to keep showing up.
