FREE 14-Day NATYLA Experience
I’m really excited to have you involved and I genuinely think you’re going to enjoy what we’ve got planned.
The experience officially starts on Monday 1st June, but I’ll begin onboarding you from Monday 25th May.
The onboarding week is there to help you get set up properly before everything begins. You’ll get access to the NATYLA App, I’ll show you where everything is, and you’ll know exactly what to focus on before the 14 days officially start.
During the experience, you’ll get access to:

Gym and home training plans

Your nutrition target

A simple habit goal

Food tracking through the NATYLA App or MyFitnessPal

Group calls for questions, support and accountability

The NATYLA community and challenge format.
The group calls will take place on Zoom each week:
Wednesday at 6:30pm
Friday at 6:45am
I’ll provide the Zoom link before the calls.
The goal of the experience is simple.
I want to give you a proper feel for NATYLA, help you build more structure around your training, nutrition and habits, and see if I can help you take things to another level.
You don’t need to worry about doing anything just yet.
I’ll send over everything you need during onboarding week, and we’ll make sure you’re set up and ready before the experience begins.
